1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or requesting landscaping services from José Castro Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable California laws and regulations.
2. Estimates and Proposals
All initial estimates are provided free of charge and are based on visual inspection. Any unforeseen underground obstructions, utility lines, or hazardous conditions will be communicated to the homeowner prior to additional work.
3. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to work areas (including unlocking gates and securing household pets). Sprinkler valve locations and property lines should be designated if sod installation or tree root excavation is required.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranty
We stand firmly behind our workmanship. If you notice any aspect of tree pruning, sod laying, or garden maintenance that does not meet agreed specifications, contact us within 48 hours for immediate correction.
